Where do you ship from and what are the delivery times?
All orders are processed and shipped from our boutique in Copenhagen, Denmark. Domestic delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, while international shipping usually ranges from 3-7 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additionally, we offer secure checkout via PayPal, MobilePay (Denmark only), and Apple Pay for a seamless shopping experience.
Are customs duties and taxes included in international orders?
